Reception Class Visit to Ware library

Dear Parents & Carers of Children in Reception,

WARE LIBRARY VISIT – TUESDAY 2nd DECEMBER 2025

 Hertfordshire libraries are encouraging all reception children to join their local library, so on Tuesday 2nd December we have been invited to visit the new library in Ware High Street. During the visit, the children will be able to explore the library, find out about library membership and enjoy a story. There is no charge for this trip.

 We will be walking to the library as a class, leaving after the children’s lunchtime, we will have the afternoon at the library and will walk back to school for our usual 3.15pm finish. Please ensure that your child brings in a coat that day and wears shoes that are comfortable for walking to and from the town.

 Please give consent for your child to take part in the visit on Arbor under trips by Friday 21st November. We may need a few parent volunteers for the visit so if you are free and able to help please email admin@priorswood.herts.sch.uk and I will confirm nearer the time whether or not we will need you.
